There is a new push to prevent cars from being stolen in Mid-Michigan. The Automobile Theft Prevention Authority is accepting grant applicants from law enforcement agencies, prosecutors and nonprofit organizations to address the issues. The grants are funded from assessments paid by insurance companies to the Automobile Theft Prevention Authority. Applications must be submit by no later than June 3rd!
