Five first responders are being recognized for their heroism after saving a victim from a burning building back in Feb. The resident was trapped in an upstairs bedroom when crews arrived & the main floor was full engulfed. The dispatcher was on the phone with one of the victims for 19 minutes as they drifted in & out of consciousness.
