A mid Michigan man will find out his fate after accepting a plea deal in a crash with an Amish buggy that killed a 31-year-old woman and injured her three children. Reports say that 58-year-old Kevin Toner of Coleman is scheduled to learn his punishment Sept. 19. Court records say Toner was under the influence of THC.
