The Great Lakes Loons offense fell silent on Wednesday night in a 3-0 loss to the South Bend Cubs in Indiana. Dustin May looked strong early, surrendering only three hits with no runs for the Loons, but Luis De Paula and Patrick Duester combined for four hits and three runs in relief. The Loons fall to 4-9 on the season with the loss.
