Naya Rivera was arrested on domestic battery charges in West Virginia. She allegedly hit her husband, Ryan Dorsey, in the head and bottom lip while they were taking their two-year-old son, Josey, for a walk down the street. There’s even cell phone video of the incident.
The “Glee” star was taken into custody Saturday night and arraigned on Sunday. A Kanawha County magistrate set her bond at a thousand dollars, and she was released on a PR (or personal recognizance) bond, which means she didn’t have to shell out any cash. Her father-in-law picked her up at the courthouse. If convicted, domestic battery carries a maximum of a year in prison and a fine of up to $500.
While Rivera had initially filed for divorce in November 2016, as we told you before, Naya called off her divorce from Ryan this past October.
