- 18 years of age or older
- have a valid ID
- Are a die hard Willie Nelson/JellyRoll fan
- Live within 30 miles of Buck 92 radio station in Mt Pleasant Michigan 48858
- You or anyone else in your household hasn’t won anything from Buck 92 or My1043 within the past 30 day
