Family and friends of Kip and Bob Cosan, and many in the Mount Pleasant soccer community gathered at Horizon Park on Saturday for the dedication of the Carolynn Cosan Pavilion. Mayor Kathleen Ling presented the resolution to the parents of Carolynn Cosan, a former Mount Pleasant student and soccer standout who died in a car accident on May 14th, 2010, just weeks after her 18th birthday.
