The St Louis Police Department and Child Protective Services are wrapping up an investigation into the near-drowning of a 1-year-old girl in a bathtub. After the girl was left unattended, she was found face down and unresponsive in the tub by her mother. A neighbor came over to administer CPR before Mobile Medical Response arrived. The investigation will now be taken to the Gratiot County prosecutor for review.
