Police believe a 16-year-old boy missing from Shepherd for almost a month ran away up north. Joshua Borton is originally from Benzie County, and has a history of running away in the area. He’s a ward of the court in Benzie County, and was living with a foster family in Shepherd before he went missing on June 10th.
