A deck at conservation park in Alma got a much needed make-over thanks to volunteers and Alma city staff, city staff cut the pipes for the observation deck, replacing a wire mesh lining. Parts of the deck were vandalized in the past and not functional, so the team started refurbishing in July and opened it Monday.
