Actor/Entertainer, Burt Reynolds, who died Thursday, after suffering a heart attack,is being remembered by his colleagues, friends & fans today! He was 82. Known for roles in such great films as “Smokey & the Bandit,” “Boogie Nights,” and “Deliverance” – his ex wife, Lonnie Anderson says she was grateful to have been a big part of his life for a short time, while their son will always be a part of him. He opened the Burt Reynolds Jupiter Theatre and a Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum, where he displayed his memorabilia and sometimes lectured to drama students.
“There are times in your life that are so indelible, they never fade away. They stay alive, even forty years later. My years with Burt never leave my mind,” said actress Sally Field, whom Reynolds once called “the love of my life.” “He will be in my history and my heart, for as long as I live. Rest, Buddy.”
