Teachers have already chosen the nominees, and now it’s up to you to pick the winner!

Lexi Janetski – Mt. Pleasant

Lexi is a senior from Mt. Pleasant and a first year Culinary Arts student. Lexi’s positive attitude and outgoing personality have made a lasting impression on everyone she encounters. Lexi has a passion for Culinary Arts that is matched by her caring nature and her dedication to help others. She has the ability to observe what needs to be done and is always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her ability to go above and beyond—without being asked—speaks volumes about her character. She has become a role model for her peers, showing that success comes not just from talent but also from kindness, work ethic, and generosity. Her willingness to assist others, combined with her thoughtful and caring nature makes it a joy to work with her. Lexi Janetski is a perfect example of what the “Student of the Month” should be.

A.J. Eigenbrood – Mt. Pleasant

A.J. is a junior at Mt. Pleasant High School. A.J. demonstrates exceptional qualities as a student. He is responsible, works well with others, completes tasks accurately and on time, and consistently puts in his best effort. Additionally, A.J. has a strong understanding of cybersecurity and computer systems that will take him far in his life. He is a strong leader in the classroom which is appreciated by everyone. His leadership and his willingness to help his peers makes him a joy to have in class.


Ace Pierson – Mt. Pleasant

Ace, a second-year Educational Career student, not only stands out for his academic achievements but also for his passion and commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Asa senior at Mt. Pleasant High School, he is ready to take the next step in his academic career by pursuing a teaching degree which he will start at Mid Michigan College in the Fall.

Ace is a great example of what it means to be hardworking, helpful, dependable, personable, positive, and professional. His classmates love working with him because he is approachable, friendlily, caring, and knows how to make everyone feel comfortable. What sets Ace apart is not just his work ethic, but his natural ability to connect with others.

His personable nature makes it easy for children to relate to him. They are drawn to his enthusiasm and genuine kindness. He is currently working as a cadet student at Mt. Pleasant Middle School in the Physical Education classroom. Ace’s host teacher feels that he makes a great connection with his students, and he also knows how to get them involved even when they are hesitant to participate.

Ace will be an outstanding teacher, and his students will love working with him.
