U.S. District Judge Thomas Ludington has postponed the sentencing of Samuel Pego for attempted murder. Pego’s attorney was ill on Monday, which led Ludington to move the sentencing back to May 26th at 2pm. Pego entered a guilty plea in February for a hit-and-run and alleged assault of an intimate partner, both on August 29th.
