The owners of the Wright Opera House in Alma are asking the court to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a lender attempting to foreclose the property and end the restoration effort. The suit claims that Cinnaire Development Finance Management is a non-registered business in Michigan, and does not have the legal standing to sue.
