The U.S. Coast Guard is getting ready to start breaking the ice in Lake Michigan. The Mackinaw and Mobile Bay Ice Cutters are scheduled to start work near Green Bay tomorrow. The Coast Guard is breaking the ice to clear a path for boats to bring fuel shipments to the port of Green Bay.
