The Shepherd Police Dept is paying it forward with help from money raised at their self defense seminars. After a suggestion on the department’s Facebook page, the dept. decided to use the money to help pay off outstanding lunch balances at Shepherd Schools. The money made from this seminar is always put back to the community.
