A 50 year old Mt Pleasant man was arrested after grabbing his girlfriend’s throat during an argument. Police rolled up to the apartment on Fancher after neighbors heard yelling and called authorities. The girlfriend said her boyfriend was drunk and grabbed her neck. She went to McLaren and he went to jail.
