A Midland handyman is in need of the public’s help to recover tools stolen from him. This past weekend, someone stole Paul Marsi’s livelihood when thieves ransacked his work truck. They took more than $700 in tools. Paul Marsi also said resale shops have been notified. He noted his name is on all the tools.
