Detroit police officer, Corporal Daniel Debono was officially charged with three counts of felonious assault on Monday in connection with the shooting of three photojournalists with rubber pellets during a protest, back in May. The (3) photographers, all wearing press credentials & with their hands up, asked to cross the street. When they did, Cpl Debono shot them. A time and date for his arraignment have yet to be confirmed!
