Authorities in Genesee County are investigating a possible case of animal abuse involving a dog. Nick Mendoza threatened to kill his own dog b/c his girlfriend wouldn’t text him back. He’s lodged in jail & charged with torture of an animal, witness intimidation and a habitual offended. The dog is also in custody of the Genesee Co Sheriff’s Office.
