Thrilling Thursdays are back for 20-21 from Mt. Pleasant Parks & Rec & Buck 92!
This summer, join Buck 92’s Chris Spachman and Mt Pleasant Parks and Rec’s world famous Carol Moody every Thursday from 6-8pm!
This year the events to be held at various locations in or near Downtown! It’s ALL “Fun & Free” for the whole family.
We’ll be at Sunnyside Park, Nelson Park, Island Park, and Broadway Central for all the summer fun!
So mark each Thursday evening through August 15 off on the calendar and join Buck 92, Mt Pleasant Parks & Rec and Isabella Bank for Thrilling Thursdays!!!!

WEEKLY EVENTS:
June 24th (Sunny Side Park)- May the Course Be With You! Join us for fun golf action at Sunny Side park! Putt Putt, Frisbee, foot golf with all be available to go for your best score, or maybe just try it our for the first time. *DUE TO WEATHER; THIS HAS BEEN CANCELLED!
July 1st (Island Park) Dueling Pianos- If you remember all the fun two years ago, you don’t want to miss this show, add in the effect of the amphitheater and it should be a special night no matter where you are in Island Park!
July 8th (Nelson Park) Cardio Drumming- Cardio Drumming with Amanda from Evolution Fitness! It’s FREE – Registration is required. Space is limited. Bring the family down for some “cardio” fun! If you have drum sticks, ball 7 bucket, bring it with ya. Bring sweat towel & plenty of water (to stay hydrated)! Come and hang out and have some fun with us!
July 15th (Island Park) Rubber Ducky Derby/Kids Karnival- Ready, Set, Go! Games for kids will be under the pavilion at Island Park along with a chance to win big with the Parks and Rec’s Rubber Ducky Derby!! Beat Chris Spachman and Shawn Powers duck in the race for a free My1043 song request along with other prizes!

July 22nd (Broadway Central) Here’s the Scoop- Ice Cream and Science! Bring the kids to learn some fun science facts while treating themselves to a sweet treat! If your youngster is struggling to learn this summer these fun science activities will surely have them begging to get back into science class to show off what they learned this summer! Well, maybe not begging to go back to class, but these activities will have them learning and having a blast at the same time!
July 29th (Sunny Side Park) Water Games- Who can launch a water balloon the furthest?! Who can dash down the slip n slide? Who can get around the bases in slip n slide kick ball?! Come find out July 29th with the first ever Water Games at Sunny Side Park!
August 5th (Broadway Central) Connect 4 Tourney- If you have the patience to outlast Carol Moody and Chris Spachman, two of the top 150 Connect 4 players in the world.. You could take home not only glory, but also a shot at prizes, and maybe even a trophy! Do you have what it takes to win the Connect 4 tourney in downtown Mt Pleasant?! Join us August 5th to find out, with the finals being played on the life size connect four board!
August 12th (Downtown Mt Pleasant) Weird Science- It’s more science fun to get your kids mind groovin’ with the Max and Emily’s Summer Concert Series!
August 19th (Downtown Mt Pleasant) Wild Goose Chase- Think you know your way around the downtown Mt Pleasant area?? Maybe just going to be out for a stroll anyway and want to win big…Join us for our downtown Mt Pleasant scavenger hunt! If you know all the places and people downtown this event is for you! However, having those quick feet of a kid can be ever so helpful when completing the treacherous tasks of the Wild Goose Chase in downtown Mt Pleasant, and watch out don’t let the great music of the Max & Emily’s Summer Concert Series get you distracted!
