St Louis plans to bid out and award a contract for a raw water transmission main construction project. Additionally, Alma plans to install a new eight-inch water main on Center Street from Philadelphia to Lincoln streets and a cost of approximately $350,000. The Gratiot Area Water Authority is overseeing the project. Additional, well sites will be needed along with new lines from the well fields to Alma’s water treatment plant.
