A Midland teen, shot and killed by a police officer earlier this week, had mental health issues according to family members. 16-year-old Jaden Marsh was talking about committing suicide before he broke into a car and shot at police officers. The Midland Daily News said his father talked of Jaden being depressed, on medication and counseling, but nothing was working.
