Helen Mirren took a tumble at the Cannes Film Festival on Saturday morning after an interview. The dame was leaving Martinez Beach when she fell. Fortunately, she was quickly helped to her feet and handed her shoe. The 72-year-old appeared to be fine, and later told reporters that the only injury she suffered was a sprained wrist.
