Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are officially divorced after three years of separation. The finalization was done privately by a judge at Garner’s House. Reports say the couple has agreed on joint custody but details are unavailable at this time. This joint custody agreement means the two of them will make joint decisions for their children however, Garner will maintain more physical custody of the kids as Affleck works on his sobriety.
