The attorney for Brian Kolodziej who is accused of misconduct in office, argued that charges against her client be dropped because she says sleeping with a woman whose alleged rapist you’re prosecuting isn’t a crime. The arguments were heard in Isabella County Court Monday. Kolodziej is scheduled for a preliminary exam on June 14.
