The Midland County Board of Commissioners agreed to sign a letter of support for the Four Lakes Task Force financing plan – including the Special Assessment District. The resolution authorizes Chair, Mark Bone, to sign the letter on behalf of the entire board after it was written by the Four Lakes Task Force. It states that the board supports Four Lakes Task Force as the “delegated authority to acquire, repair & operate the Secord, Smallwood, Wixom & Sanford dams.
